Matilda Love
From the far away lands of tea and crumpets in jolly old England, a show stopping singer was born. She frolicked and chirped in her younger days in shows at The London Palladium and all across Essex until she began her training at the Rose Bruford Drama College where she lived in Nacogdoches, Texas for a year and began her passionate love affair with the great United States of America. Despite the heartbreak of leaving her beloved country she traveled, microphone and tassels in hand, the 4,020 miles to be reunited with her love once more to Lexington, Kentucky to work for The Actors Guild of Lexington.
Having traveled much of America with roots in Kentucky and North Carolina (performing on many a stage) she could hear the drawl of the south calling her back so she packed her bags for Austin, Texas.
Now in Austin, Texas Matilda Love shimmy and shakes, belting many a show tune with the fabulous Avant Glam!
